How do I Rent Monthly for the first time?
You can browse the site at any time without being a subscriber! We know you want to make sure we fit your vibe before committing.
When you’re ready to subscribe, select the Sign Up link to create an account, build your profile, and choose your plan:
- The Essential Host – $59/month for 4 items/sets
- The Everything Host – $98/month for 8 items/sets
As soon as you confirm your subscription, we’ll charge the first month’s fee to your card, and your Tblscape will unlock. You can then pick out your first items (4 or 8, depending on your plan).
Add your items, review, and confirm your shipment. Make sure to review carefully—once you select confirm, your Tblscape will lock and we’re not able to make any changes or cancellations.
Once confirmed, we’ll pack and send your Tblscape to you. We’ll notify you at every step of your Tblscape’s journey by email, text, or both—you can also check its status at any time on our site.
Your items will arrive securely packed in a Tblscape box, which you’ll also use to ship them back. Be sure to keep all packaging! A prepaid UPS return shipping label is included in every Tblscape. If one of your items is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help.
It’s time to send out the invites, prep the food, and set the table! You’re the hostess with the mostess and this dinner party is never ending—the items are yours until you send them back.
Unlocking your next Tblscape
Your Tblscape will stay locked while you’re hosting at home with them—this means you won't be able to add anything to your Tblscape when you visit the site.
Your Tblscape will automatically unlock after these two things happen:
-You return your items and that return is scanned. Return your Tblscape by your billing date to get the most value out of your subscription.
-Your billing date arrives and you've paid the subscription fee.
If you send back your return before your billing date, that's okay. Your next Tblscape will unlock exactly on your next billing date.
If you send back your return after your billing date, that's okay, too—we don’t charge you any late fees. In that case, your next Tblscape will unlock as soon as it is scanned.
Returns
When you’re ready to return, please hand-rinse each item to ensure any food and drink is removed. Do not place items in the dishwasher. Then, carefully pack your items back into the provided Tblscape box and packaging. Please repack your items with love and care—these pieces are extremely fragile and can break easily if not packed the same way you received them.
If any items are broken or irreversibly damaged while in your use, you will be charged in full for the price of that item at its listed retail price. Items damaged due to improper repackaging will also be charged at cost, so it’s important to follow the original packing style closely.
Once everything is packed, place the prepaid UPS return label over the original label on the outside of the box and drop it off at UPS. If you lose or throw away the original label, you can reprint it anytime from your account or reach out to host@tblscape.com for help.
How do I Rent for an Event for the first time?
You can browse the site at any time without being a subscriber! We know you want to make sure we fit your vibe before placing a rental order. If you don’t feel like committing or have a larger event coming up, you can rent as many items as you’d like for a 7-day rental period.
When you’re ready to Rent for an Event, select the Sign Up link to create an account, build your profile, and pick out your items.
Select your desired delivery date, pick your items, then review, and confirm your shipment. We recommend selecting a delivery date that is 3 to 4 days prior to your actual event date. Make sure to review everything carefully—once you select confirm, your order will lock and we're not able to make any changes or cancellations.
Once confirmed, we'll pack and send your order to you. We'll notify you at every step of your order’s journey by email, text or both—you can also check its status at any time on our site.
Arrival

How do I return my items?
When you receive your items, be sure to keep all original packaging, including the box! To return your items, you will need to pack each item back into its original packaging and use the original box. And don’t sweat, return shipping is also on us!

Then, carefully pack your items back into the provided Tblscape box and packaging. Please pack your items with love and care as they are extremely fragile and can break easily if they are not packed the same way you received them!
If any of the items are broken or irreversibly damaged while in your use, you will be charged in full for the listed retail price of that item. Items damaged due to improper repackaging will also be charged at cost, so it’s important to follow the original packing style closely.
Once you’ve carefully packed your items back into the Tblscape box, place the prepaid UPS return label on top of the original label on the outside of the box, and drop it off at UPS. If you accidentally lose or throw away the original label, you can reprint it from your account or reach out to host@tblscape.com for help.
Do I need to wash the items before returning them?
Please do not place any items in the dishwasher or clothing washer. We ask that you carefully rinse the items with water to remove any excess food or drink leftovers. You don’t need to rinse or wash tablecloths, table runners, napkins, or placemats. Once we receive the items, our team of experts will thoroughly sanitize and wash each item to rid all bacteria while keeping the item intact.
What happens if I break or damage an item?
We know, accidents happen! If one of your Tblscape items is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your Tblscape so we can help.
To help keep our fragile items in good condition to be reused, any item that is broken or irreversibly damaged in your care will result in a charge for that item. We will charge your account for that item at its listed retail price.
We ask that you carefully pack each item back into its provided packaging-the same way you received it-to ensure it makes the journey back to us.
What happens if I lose an item?
If an item is lost or not returned while in your care, we will charge your account in full for the items listed retail price.
Can I wash and clean my items if I want to or need to reuse them?
If you’d like, you can handwash tabletop items with light soap and water, and you can wash tablecloths, table runners, placemats, and napkins on delicate using cold water. Do not bleach any of the items. Please air dry the items, do not dry them in the dryer. If you don’t feel like doing this-don’t! We just ask you to rinse tabletop items with water to remove any excess food or drink leftovers.
What if I Rent for an Event and my items aren’t returned within the 7-day period?
The 7-day rental period begins the day your order arrives at your doorstep. If your return has not been scanned by UPS within that 7-day window, a late fee of $10 per day will apply. If your items are not returned within 7 days after your rental period ends (a total of 14 days from delivery), your account will be charged in full for each item at its listed retail price.
Can I keep or purchase items?
Not yet! This is a feature we hope to roll out in the near future. Stay tuned.
What happens if my Rent for an Event order arrives early?
No stress! If your order arrives before your selected delivery date, your 7-day rental period still won’t begin until the date you chose at checkout. That way, you’ll have your items ready to go in advance, but you won’t lose any rental time.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
If one of your Tblscape items is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at host@tblscape.com within 48 hours of receiving your Tblscape so we can help.
Can I Rent for an Event if I am a monthly subscriber?
If you are a subscriber, have a big event coming up and want to place a Rent for an Event order, you can! We offer subscribers 20% off Rent for an Event orders.
